All tests - Personality profiles - The refrigerator test

You will be asked four questions and you must rely on your common sense to answer them correctly.

According to Andersen consulting worldwide, around 90% of the professionals they tested got all of the questions wrong. But many pre-school children got several correct answers. Andersen consulting says this conclusively disproves the theory that most professionals have the brains of a four year old.

Q1. How do you put a giraffe into a refrigerator?

Q2. How do you put an elephant into a refrigerator?

Q3. The Lion King is hosting an animal conference. All the animals attend, except one. Which animal does not attend?

Even if you did not answer the first three questions correctly, you still have one more chance to show your abilities.

Q4. There is a river you must cross, but it is inhabited by crocodiles. How do you manage it?

I got the first three wrong. By the fourth I still didn't want to answer it like that, but I knew where it was going by that point. So I got it right. This was amusing but I didn't like it as far as testing goes. You have to conform to the same thought process to get the answer right. Not every situation has the same answer. I disagree with it testing anything, but I found it amusing.

1/4 right, would have gotten the second one right, but I forgot to take the giraffe out

The fourth question does not specify whether or not the inhabited refers to currently or in general, so the ambiguity could allow other correct, yet logical answers to that question.

Hahahaha!! I love these kinds of questions.
I got a fat 0.
But Anita is right, it says 'a' refrigerator so it's not wrong.
Also, for Q4, I would just walk across a bridge!
Anyway, still loved it and will annoyingly forward this to my friends!

Try giving this test to a little kid. In all probalility they will get it right. I think that what this test really shows is how, as we get older, our imaginations die out, and so some problems easily solved by children are quite hard for adults

I got 4/4 right. I'm 11. They are so easy. When you think simply and rely on your memory, it's very easy.

The test claims to be based on 'common sense' yet the answers have unrealistic conclusions that anyone could come up with.

I FOUND A MISTAKE!
I got ALL of them wrong, but mabye not...
It doesn't say to put the elephant in the same exact refrigerator as the one the giraffe is in, you could very well be putting the elephant in a different refrigerator!
